Steps to submit the missing cashback ticket
1. Log in to your Zingoy account.
2. Navigate to Reports and select Click ID.
3. Click on Click ID, then choose Missing Cashback next to it.
4. Provide details such as Order Number, Date, Amount, and Coupon Code.
5. Click Submit to raise the ticket.
