Gift cards are usually delivered within 3 hours of purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours due to internal verification. Check your order status under My Orders at My Orders. If not delivered after 48 hours, contact support with your Order ID via email at support@zingoy.com or WhatsApp Support Chat (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm).


Sometimes a gift card order may not be delivered immediately because the card is temporarily out of stock due to high demand. In such cases, your order will be fulfilled once the stock is replenished, which usually takes up to 3 to 4 working days. Please note that switching to a different brand or replacement is not possible. You will receive a notification as soon as your gift card is delivered. If you would prefer not to wait, you can request a refund to your original payment source, refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days.


If our system identifies multiple or duplicate accounts linked to your details, your order may be put on hold and the gift card will not be delivered. If you think this is a mistake or would like to request a refund, please reach out to our support team and we will look into it for you.
