If still missing after 48 hours, contact support with:
• Order ID (from the merchant's website or email)
• Invoice showing: order date, item details, amount, shipment date
• Contact: support@zingoy.com or Whatsapp Chat Support (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm)
Note: Merchants do not always confirm missing cashback, the final decision rests with the merchant.
