Cashback validation takes 45–60 days from the month of your transaction. Delays beyond this are usually because the merchant has not yet shared their validation report with Zingoy. Zingoy follows up with merchants regularly but cannot force or predict the timeline. Once received, cashback status updates to Approved or Rejected automatically.
