Cashback is rejected by the merchant for the following reasons:
• Order was cancelled or returned (even partial returns reject the entire order's cashback)
• A coupon code was used that is not approved on the Zingoy campaign page
• Cashback was attributed to another cashback website (another extension or ad was clicked after Zingoy)
• Purchase made via merchant's app when campaign only supports website
• Product falls under a non-eligible category
• Purchase not attributed to Zingoy (Google ad or other redirect clicked after Zingoy link)
If you believe the rejection is incorrect, contact support with your Order ID, invoice, and delivery screenshot. The merchant's decision is final in most cases. Contact: support@zingoy.com
