If payment failed and NO amount was deducted: no action needed — you can retry the purchase.


If payment failed and amount WAS deducted: the amount will be automatically refunded to your payment source within 7–10 bank working days.


If you see 'Bank servers are unreachable': this is a temporary issue from your bank's end — try a different payment method or card.


If you see 'Purchase limit exceeded': you have reached the monthly limit for that brand's gift card — wait until next month when the limit resets.
