Access to your registered email is required to reset your password (OTP is sent only to the registered email). Zingoy support can verify your identity and confirm which email is registered, but cannot send an OTP to a different email address. If you cannot recover the email, you will need to create a new account with a new email address and phone number. 


Note: Your old email and phone number cannot be reused. Any cashback or wallet balance in the old account cannot be transferred to the new account.
