Zingoy may block or restrict an account for the following reasons:
• Duplicate or multiple accounts created with the same details
• Fraudulent purchase activity (e.g. shopping via affiliate and then cancelling to earn cashback)
• Fraudulent gift card purchases
• Seller or buyer with 3 or more genuine disputes resolved against them
The type of block depends on the violation: full account block, selling activity block, or wallet block (cannot redeem balance).
