Gift cards (sold by individual sellers) come with a 10-day buyer protection period from the date of delivery. If the card is not working within this window, raise a dispute immediately. Zingoy will investigate and resolve in favour of buyer or seller based on findings. If resolved in your favour, you receive a refund.
